Royal Blue Letters Returning to the Landmark Waterfall
Spring Hill, FL · October 10, 2026
Grab a light layer before heading out today — the brass section is tuning up on Mariner Boulevard and the Saturday farm stands are officially stocked.
The Lead
The blank concrete wall at Commercial Way and Spring Hill Drive will soon display its signature identity once again. After more than two months without lettering, the landmark Spring Hill waterfall monument is nearing the end of an extensive restoration.
The oversized letters were pulled in August so local automotive shop CleanPro Motorsports could powder-coat the faded surfaces back to their original vibrant royal blue—a hue chosen to honor the county's coastal roots. While county officials had hoped to refresh the fountain entrance for years, competing infrastructure priorities kept delaying the work until local business owners stepped in to donate labor and materials. Workers applied the final coats this week ahead of an official reinstallation and ribbon-cutting scheduled before the month ends.
