The selected engineering team will draft final specifications and conduct a comparative evaluation between two proposed pump station locations: Aster Park and Ironwood. Developing completed blueprints will allow the city to unlock dedicated federal Clean Water Act funds and regional infrastructure grants to cover eventual construction costs.
