Motorcade Procession Stops at the Courthouse Lawn Today

Paris, ID · August 29, 2026

Engines and late-summer breezes will fill Main Street midday as the annual tribute ride cruises through town. Keep an eye out for rolling traffic around the square just before lunch.

The Lead

The annual Heroes Tribute motorcycle procession arrives in town today, making a scheduled community stop at the Bear Lake County Courthouse grounds between 11:30 AM and noon.

Organized to honor regional veterans and emergency first responders, the ride brings dozens of motorcyclists through the Bear Lake Valley along U.S. Route 89. Bear Lake County Sheriff's deputies and local volunteers will welcome the group at the courthouse lawn, offering neighbors an opportunity to greet participants, view the bikes, and show support for emergency personnel. Spectators planning to wave flags or watch the motorcade roll into the county seat are encouraged to arrive early and find curbside spots safely clear of the main travel lanes.
