PGA National Resort has unveiled plans for an exclusive members-only golf enclave within the nearby Bay Hill Estates community. Dubbed the Triple Stick Golf Club, the project reimagines the resort’s former Estates Course under the direction of Love Golf Design, headed by World Golf Hall of Fame member Davis Love III. In addition to a completely reshaped 18-hole championship layout and state-of-the-art practice grounds, the development will feature a standalone clubhouse designed by Palm Beach-based architecture firm Peacock + Lewis.
The transformation marks a major post-acquisition investment by Henderson Park, South Street Partners, and Salamander Collection to expand private membership options beyond the resort’s main 807-acre footprint. Davis Love III’s construction team aims to wrap course renovations in time to welcome players before year’s end, while clubhouse construction continues into 2027.
