The project proposes 323 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts, atop 9,143 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and 474 parking spots. Under density bonus provisions, 33 residences will be permanently reserved for very low-income households. The application now heads before municipal planners and the Design Review Board, where commissioners will weigh required height allowances and the formal vacation of an adjacent alleyway.
