Downtown takes center stage this Saturday as the annual Harmony Fest and Fall Market transforms Runner’s Park into a bustling regional hub of culture, music, and food. Co-hosted by East Moline Main Street and the Quad Cities Alliance for Immigrants and Refugees, the free festival highlights the area’s international heritage and vibrant multicultural community.
More than 40 national flags will be carried in the signature opening parade, leading into an afternoon stacked with traditional folk dance, artisan booths, civic resource tables, and food trucks serving authentic global dishes. For local organizers, the event bridges neighborhood bonds while driving vital foot traffic to surrounding small businesses along the 15th Avenue corridor.
